Overview

A family-run safari camp, Serengeti Acacia Bliss prides itself on providing guests with a lifetime of memories made within this mighty landscape. The camp is centrally positioned in Serengeti National Park, close to the Banagi River and just a few minutes’ drive from famed animal migration paths. Special care has been taken to infuse the camp with African camps and international contemporary touches that enhance the guest experience. The camp is a short drive from the Seronera airstrip and ideally situated for balloon safaris, game drives and bush walks.

Tents

Ten luxurious tented suites with Serengeti views each offer one king or twin beds, with interconnecting rooms available for families. Rooms include an ensuite bathroom, toiletries, coffee- and tea-making facilities, a hairdryer, a special children’s bed, towels, bathrobes and slippers, mosquito netting, an indoor shower, a sofa bed, a living room area and free WiFi.

Amenities

Guests start the day with a hearty continental breakfast, which is followed by lunch in the shade and the chance for a quiet candlelit dinner. Three meals a day are included; take-away and special dietary requirements can all be arranged.

The highlight here is undoubtedly the game drives in Serengeti National Park that are offered in the morning, afternoon or all day. From July to October, drives focus on the great wildebeest migration at the Mara River. Additional activities include hot-air balloon tours in the early hours of the day, bush walking tours led by the camp naturalist and Maasai guides and exploring the southwestern Moru Kopjes area of the Serengeti led by an expert guide and Maasai escort.
