Newly renovated and comfortably appointed, this sleek vessel is small-ship cruising at its best. The Chichagof Dream features a hull design optimized to whisk you smoothly through Alaska’s waters, regardless of weather, as well as an open wheelhouse and expansive viewing areas both fore and aft, ensuring you won’t miss a thing as you take in the vast panoramas of the Alaskan wilderness.

The Chichagof Dream is a 207-foot cruiser capable of housing 76 passengers in comfort. Its small size allows the crew to lavish each guest with true Alaskan hospitality, including complimentary beer and wine with meals and free use of binoculars and rain gear during on-shore excursions. Don’t be surprised if the captain invites you to visit with him on the bridge—or if the staff jokes with you by name while serving hors d’oeuvres before dinner.

Cabins

On the Chichagof Dream, you’ll have your choice of 38 staterooms on three decks, each equipped with a large wardrobe, individual climate control, and a private bathroom with shower. The cabins range from twin rooms to deluxe suites, and include different combinations of twin and queen beds. Large picture windows are standard in most quarters, and the ship’s recent remodeling has added 12 new suites on the upper deck for enhanced observation possibilities.

Common Areas

The vessel’s common areas are designed to maximize visibility. The ship boasts two promenade decks at the bow and stern, along with forward-facing, deck-to-ceiling windows in the main lounge, allowing passengers to absorb sweeping Alaskan vistas while gliding through the coastal fjords. You can also relax in the ship’s intimate lounge, dining room, and bar, as well as the unique Himalayan salt room, a complete center for holistic healing.
