Overview
The Finca Rosa Blanca was born in 1985, when founder Sylvia Jampol had the dream of creating a boutique resort that would introduce outsiders to the beauty of Costa Rica’s coffee highlands. Today, three generations later, that dream is still flourishing, as more and more guests discover the cloud forests, volcanoes, and rushing rivers that make the region a place of wonder.
The Finca Rosa Blanca is situated on an organic coffee plantation some 20 minutes outside the capital of San José, on a landscape populated by cats, dogs, and horses. Here, guests wanting to get in touch with nature will have an up-close view of the coffee-cultivation process, as well as the opportunity to stay in one of the finca’s unique suites or villas. Hand-painted murals, private balconies, rustic tile work: every detail of these sumptuous colonial-style quarters will immerse you in the glory that is the region cafetalera of Costa Rica.
