Overview
As one of the newest cruise ships in the Galapagos, the Horizon offers the perfect blend of luxury, style, and swiftness at sea. Constructed in 2018, this 125-foot motorized trimaran cuts through the waters with ease, allowing you to maximize your time exploring these magical islands.
The Horizon’s crew is trained to make your Galapagos outing the memory of a lifetime. From the professional chefs and bartenders to the bilingual naturalist who accompanies every voyage as an expert guide, each crew member is dedicated to your comfort and personal enrichment. Whether you spend your days exploring in the ship’s snorkeling gear and kayaks, or simply lounging on the sundeck, your time aboard will present a stunning glimpse into this marvelous ecosystem.
Cabins
When you travel on the Horizon, you’ll have your choice of eight spacious cabins divided between two decks, each outfitted with panoramic windows to give you unparalleled views of the Galapagos seascapes. Each cabin includes a private bathroom, individualized climate control, and striking, nautical-themed décor. For even better views of the surrounding islands, all cabins also offer private terraces with easy chairs, enabling you to feel the ship’s swift progress through the water.
Common Areas
The Horizon’s luxurious common areas start with the dining room, where you’ll enjoy international cuisine served both tableside and via an ample buffet. It continues with the comfortable sundeck, with its perfect blend of open and shaded areas, Jacuzzis, and reclining lounge chairs. And if you opt to go below deck, you’ll find a comfortable bar/lounge, as well as an observation room with 180-degree views of the archipelago.
